- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 1 kg Puro Healthy Salt (Sendha Namak)
- 75 g On1Y Whole Black Pepper

- 1. Clean and slice 1 cup of mushrooms into thin pieces.
- 2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs until smooth and fully combined.
- 3. Place 1 cup of flour in a separate bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 4. Dip each mushroom slice into the beaten egg, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the seasoned flour.
