Ingredients
- 1 pc (200 g) Amul Sour Cream
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g D'Lecta Parmesan Extra Hard Cheese Block
- 25 g Parsley
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and grease a baking pan or broiler pan with butter.
- 2. If the halibut is frozen, thaw it completely. Pat the fish dry with paper towels and cut it into 6 equal portions.
- 3. In a bowl, mix 1 cup sour cream with 1/4 teaspoon paprika until well combined.
- 4. In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, and a pinch of paprika.
- 5. Dip each halibut portion into the sour cream mixture, ensuring it is evenly coated.
- 6. Roll the coated fish in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crust.
- 7. Arrange the fish in a single layer on the prepared baking pan. Pour 1/4 cup melted butter evenly over the fish.
- 8. Bake the halibut in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 9. Serve the crispy baked halibut immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
