Ingredients
- 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Drain the oil from the canned salmon and remove any skin and bones. Crumble the salmon into small pieces and set aside.
- 2. In a medium saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Season with 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- 3. Gradually add the crumbled salmon to the seasoned milk, stirring gently to combine.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp melted butter to form a smooth paste. Slowly whisk this paste into the soup to thicken it, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- 5. Simmer the soup on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning if needed.
- 6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired, for a hearty and delicious dinner.
