- 200 g Sweet Corn Peeled
- 150 g Big Sam'S Norwegian Salmon
- 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 200 g Food Library The Magic Of Nature Hungarian Sweet Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Stir in 4 tbsp flour, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp sugar, cooking for 1-2 minutes until the mixture forms a smooth paste.
- 3. Gradually whisk in 2 cups milk, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add 3/4 cup cooked salmon and 3/4 cup sweet corn to the sauce, stirring gently to combine and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
