- 200 g D'Lecta 100% Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
- 250 g Spinach - Chopped
- 1 Unit Cj Korean Pancake Flour Mix
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 100 g The Select Aisle Double Acting Baking Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10 x 13-inch baking dish.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Mix well.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil until smooth.
