- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Amul Diced Cheddar
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 120 g Golden Prize Pink Salmon Fillet In Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of mayonnaise, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion. Mix until well blended.
- 3. Place 500 g of salmon fillets in the prepared baking dish, skin-side down if applicable.
- 4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F or 63°C).
- 6. Remove from the oven and let the salmon rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
