- 85 g Hellmann'S Creamy Mayonnaise
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
- 1 pack (250 g) Uro Pork Smoked Back Bacon Sliced Imported | 250 G
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 1 pc Avocado Indian Premium Semi Ripe
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir well and refrigerate the dressing until ready to use.
- 2. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill 3 cups of chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Cook 10 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
- 4. Slice 1 red bell pepper and press it gently between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 5. On individual plates, layer the chopped grilled chicken, sliced red bell pepper, and crumbled bacon.
- 6. Just before serving, drizzle the chilled dressing over the plates and garnish with slices of 1 avocado.
