Ingredients
- 2 x 400 g Good To Go Boneless Chicken Breast - Pack Of 2
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 180 ml Mother Dairy Milk
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium heat.
- 2. Add 4 chicken breasts to the skillet and season with 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 3. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes, turning once, until browned evenly.
- 4. Reduce the heat to low and add 2 minced garlic cloves to the skillet.
- 5. Continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and fully cooked through.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it on a serving plate.
- 7. Add 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth to the skillet with the garlic.
- 8. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 5 minutes to reduce slightly.
- 9. Lower the heat and combine 2/3 cup of milk with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
- 10. Add the milk mixture to the skillet and stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 11. Return the chicken to the skillet and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of chopped spring onion.
- 12. Baste the chicken with the cooking juices and heat through for 2-3 minutes.
- 13. Serve the chicken hot with the creamy garlic sauce. This dish pairs well with rice or steamed vegetables.
