Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 400 g Bread - Sandwich
- 1 Kg Best Foods Mayonnaise
- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Cucumber
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
- - Garlic Powder
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 52 g Paprika Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken breast pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the marinated chicken breasts for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.
- 3. While the chicken rests, lightly toast the bread slices in the same skillet or in a toaster for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- 4. Prepare the sandwich by spreading mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice. Add a layer of lettuce, then place the cooked chicken breast, followed by sliced tomatoes, onions, and cucumber. Optionally, add cheese slices for extra flavor.
- 5. Top with the second slice of bread, cut the sandwich diagonally, and serve immediately with a side of fries or chips, if desired.
