Ingredients
- 200 g Baby Corn - Packet
- 125 g Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the red bell pepper into thin strips and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon cornstarch. Mix well and set aside.
- 3. Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes and stir for 30 seconds to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the baby corn and red bell pepper strips to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Add the broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for 1 minute until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 7. Remove the skillet from heat and serve the stir-fry hot with steamed rice.
