Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
- 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
- 250 g French Beans - 250 G
- 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the diced onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and add them to the skillet, cooking and stirring occasionally until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
- 4. Stir in the powdered tomato soup and the drained french beans. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 6. Smooth the top of the mixture with a spatula to create an even surface.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is slightly crisp and heated through.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as is or pair with rice or mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.
