About this recipe

A quick and hearty vegetarian dinner featuring plant-based protein, green beans, and a golden biscuit topping. Perfect for busy evenings when you need a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
  • 200 g Fortune Soya Chunks
  • 250 g French Beans - 250 G
  • 2 ltr Figaro Extra Light Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Sauté the diced onion until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Soak the soya chunks in hot water for 15-20 minutes, then drain and add them to the skillet, cooking and stirring occasionally until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the powdered tomato soup and the drained french beans. Mix well and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. 6. Smooth the top of the mixture with a spatula to create an even surface.
  7. 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is slightly crisp and heated through.
  8. 8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as is or pair with rice or mashed potatoes for a heartier meal.
