  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g French Beans
  • - Frozen Peas
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly sauté them until golden on all sides, then set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add hing (asafoetida).
  3. 3. Toss in the diced capsicum, green beans, peas, cabbage, and tomatoes. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still retain some crunch.
  4. 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the vegetables. Mix well to coat all the veggies evenly with the spices.
  5. 5. Add the sautéed paneer cubes back to the pan. Gently mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Finish by sprinkling garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or steamed rice.
