Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g French Beans
- - Frozen Peas
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly sauté them until golden on all sides, then set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, heat another tablespoon of oil. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add hing (asafoetida).
- 3. Toss in the diced capsicum, green beans, peas, cabbage, and tomatoes. Stir-fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still retain some crunch.
- 4. Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt over the vegetables. Mix well to coat all the veggies evenly with the spices.
- 5. Add the sautéed paneer cubes back to the pan. Gently mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Finish by sprinkling garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rotis or steamed rice.
