Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Fresh Cream
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 50 g Asafoetida Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium flame. Add cumin seeds and asafoetida, allowing them to sizzle for a few seconds.
- 2. Add the slit green chilies and diced green bell pepper, sautéing them for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes until the oil begins to separate, stirring occasionally.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices.
- 5. Gently add the paneer cubes, stirring to coat them with the masala. Cook for 3-4 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, mixing gently to create a creamy and flavorful gravy. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
