- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Quinoa
- - Lemon Juice
- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 500g Cucumber
- 250g Coriander
- - Curd/Dahi
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- - Garlic Paste
- 10G Salt

Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, prepare the marinade by combining hung curd, lemon juice, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste, crushed fenugreek leaves, and salt.
- Step 2: Add paneer cubes to the marinade and gently coat them. Let them rest for 20 minutes.
- Step 3: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush the paneer cubes with olive oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and slightly crispy.
- Step 4: Prepare the quinoa salad by combining cooked quinoa, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, chopped coriander leaves, and chopped mint leaves in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- Step 5: Plate the air-fried paneer tikka alongside the quinoa salad. Serve warm.
