Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc Broccoli
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- - Rice Vinegar
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 190 g Schezwan Sauce
- 100 g Cornflour
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, mix the chicken with 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp vinegar, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the pieces are golden and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add the dried red chilies and stir-fry for 30 seconds to release their aroma. Then, add the sliced red and green bell peppers, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes to keep the vegetables crisp.
- 4. Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Add Szechuan sauce, remaining soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, and chili flakes. Stir everything together to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly in the sauce.
- 5. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss well. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, ensuring the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
