- 250 g Peach

- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 40 g On1Y Ginger Powder
- 670Ml Winn Vinegar
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 140 g Ching'S Secret Chowmein Noodles (With Free Masala Pouch)
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice 1 green pepper, 1 onion, and 3 tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cut 1 smoked sausage into thin rounds.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage, green pepper, and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 cup of apricot preserve until smooth.
- 4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the sausage and vegetables. Stir well and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- 5. Add 2 cups of peach to the skillet and gently mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the peach is heated through.
- 6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked chow mein noodles or steamed rice for a complete meal.
