  • 670Ml Winn Vinegar
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 140 g Ching'S Secret Chowmein Noodles (With Free Masala Pouch)
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice 1 green pepper, 1 onion, and 3 tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Cut 1 smoked sausage into thin rounds.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage, green pepper, and onion. Sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the sausage is browned.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and 1/2 cup of apricot preserve until smooth.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet with the sausage and vegetables. Stir well and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add 2 cups of peach to the skillet and gently mix. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the peach is heated through.
  6. 6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked chow mein noodles or steamed rice for a complete meal.
