Ingredients

  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 100 g Celery
  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • 250 g Radish White (Mooli)
  • 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add 1 1/2 cups of chopped celery and 1 cup of thinly sliced radish to the pan. Stir-fry for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, dissolve 4 tablespoons of cornstarch in 1 cup of water. Once dissolved, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce to the mixture. Season with a pinch of flavored salt.
  4. 4. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pan with the vegetables. Stir continuously and cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Adjust salt to taste, mix well, and serve hot as a main dish or alongside steamed rice.
