A quick and flavorful dinner featuring tender beef strips stir-fried with crisp green beans, mushrooms, and celery in a savory soy-based sauce. Perfect for a satisfying and easy meal.
Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 4.6 ltr Saffola Active Refined Cooking Oil Blend Of Rice Bran & Soyabean Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 750 ml Catch Clear Lemon N Lime Flavoured Water
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of button mushrooms into thin strips.
- 2. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushroom strips and cook until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the mushrooms from the skillet and set aside.
- 3. In the same skillet, add 1 sliced sambar onion, 2 cups of fresh green beans (trimmed), 1 cup of sliced celery, and 1 can of sliced mushrooms (drained). Stir-fry for 4-6 minutes, or until the green beans are crisp-tender.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, and 3/4 cup of water until smooth.
- 5. Return the cooked mushrooms to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables and mushrooms. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- 6. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed white rice.
