Ingredients
- - Sprouted Mung Beans
- 250 g Cucumber
- - Chaat Masala
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Tamarind Paste
- 100 g Lemon
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 1Bunch Pudina
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat and add 1 tsp of oil.
- 2. Add the sprouted moong to the tawa and lightly toss for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened.
- 3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the sprouts and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the sprouts from the tawa and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
- 5. Add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves to the bowl with the cooked sprouts.
- 6. Pour the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
- 7. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and mix gently for an even coating.
