Ingredients

  • - Sprouted Mung Beans
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 100 g Lemon
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 1Bunch Pudina
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the tawa (flat griddle) over medium heat and add 1 tsp of oil.
  2. 2. Add the sprouted moong to the tawa and lightly toss for 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened.
  3. 3. Sprinkle turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the sprouts and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the sprouts from the tawa and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add chopped tomato, cucumber, onion, green chili, and coriander leaves to the bowl with the cooked sprouts.
  6. 6. Pour the tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and lemon juice over the mixture and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. 7. Sprinkle chaat masala on top and mix gently for an even coating.
