- 450 g Tendercuts Chicken Curry Cut Skinless 450G
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 ml Colavita White Wine Vinegar
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 80 g Urban Platter Cayenne Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small bowl, combine 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Stir until the sugar dissolves and set aside.
- 2. Coat 500 g of chicken pieces evenly with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 3. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4. Add the chicken and 3 minced garlic cloves to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and opaque.
- 5. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the skillet with the chicken. Stir-fry for 30 seconds to coat the chicken evenly in the sauce.
- 6. Add 3 chopped green onions to the skillet and mix well. Cook for an additional minute.
- 7. Serve the stir-fried chicken immediately over quinoa.
