Ingredients

  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadhai or wok over medium heat, and add cumin seeds and asafoetida. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the green chilies and finely chopped tomatoes, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  3. 3. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt, and cook for another 2 minutes to blend the spices with the tomato base.
  4. 4. Add the diced bell peppers and shredded cabbage, and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still retain a slight crunch.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spice mixture, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
