  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 300 g Ginger Paste
  • 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat, and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in the sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they soften and form a thick base.
  4. 4. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Stir well to combine the spices evenly.
