- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat, and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add ginger paste and garlic paste, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then stir in the sliced onions and cook until golden brown.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they soften and form a thick base.
- 4. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and red chili powder. Stir well to combine the spices evenly.
- 5. Add the sliced bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring they retain some crunch.
- 6. Gently fold in the paneer cubes, and let them simmer in the masala for 3-5 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 7. Season with salt and garnish with chopped cilantro.
