- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Refined Flour
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt to create the coating mixture.
- 3. Dip each marinated chicken piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well coated. Then, dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to form a crispy layer. Repeat for all pieces.
- 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop in the coated chicken pieces, frying in small batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 5. Remove the fried chicken pieces and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or a dip of your choice.
