Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and set aside. In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornflour, red chili powder, and a pinch of salt to create the coating mixture.
  3. 3. Dip each marinated chicken piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it is well coated. Then, dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to form a crispy layer. Repeat for all pieces.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop in the coated chicken pieces, frying in small batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
