This quick and satisfying Halal chicken ramen stir-fry combines tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and flavorful seasonings for a perfect dinner solution. Ideal for busy evenings, this dish is both wholesome and delicious.
Ingredients
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 300 g Ishimaru Sanuki Udon Noodles
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Set aside the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine 1 package of ramen noodles (broken into smaller pieces), 1/2 cup diced Organically Grown Green Capsicum, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once, until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
- 2. In another microwave-safe dish, place 1/2 cup diced halal chicken breast. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and its juices run clear.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons canola oil, the contents of the reserved seasoning packet, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
- 4. Combine the cooked chicken with the noodle and vegetable mixture. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the top and stir well to coat everything evenly.
- 5. Microwave the combined mixture, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds or until heated through. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Halal chicken ramen stir-fry.
