Ingredients

  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 300 g Ishimaru Sanuki Udon Noodles
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 ltr Oreal Canola Oil (From The House Of Pansari)
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Set aside the seasoning packet from the ramen noodles. In a 2-quart microwave-safe dish, combine 1 package of ramen noodles (broken into smaller pieces), 1/2 cup diced Organically Grown Green Capsicum, and 1/2 cup water. Cover and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring once, until the noodles and vegetables are tender.
  2. 2. In another microwave-safe dish, place 1/2 cup diced halal chicken breast. Cover and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and its juices run clear.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons canola oil, the contents of the reserved seasoning packet, 1 teaspoon sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.
  4. 4. Combine the cooked chicken with the noodle and vegetable mixture. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the top and stir well to coat everything evenly.
  5. 5. Microwave the combined mixture, uncovered, on high for 45 seconds or until heated through. Serve immediately and enjoy your flavorful Halal chicken ramen stir-fry.
