- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg

- 100 g Jeera Powder
- - Shrimps
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 1kg Dashhari Mango
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Take the shrimp, clean it. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, black pepper, and salt, then toss the shrimps to coat them evenly.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimps and sauté for 6-8 minutes until golden and slightly crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Prepare the salsa by combining diced mango, red bell pepper, lime juice, and parsley (if using) in a bowl. Mix well and set aside.
- 4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds on each side or until pliable. Spread a thin layer of sour cream mixed with garlic powder on each tortilla.
