Ingredients
- - Chicken Breast
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100G Oleo
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and marinate with yogurt, tandoori masala, smoked paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred, stirring occasionally.
- 3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with black pepper and a pinch of salt until smooth.
- 4. Heat a clean non-stick pan over medium heat and pour the whisked eggs to make a thin omelette. Cook for 2-3 minutes until set but still soft.
- 5. Place the cooked tandoori chicken strips on one side of the omelette and sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
