- 100 g Lemon
- 30 g Smoked Paprika Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with smoked paprika, cumin powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly charred. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, add the sliced jalapeños and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. Remove and set aside.

- 4. Add the cooked chicken, sautéed jalapeños, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro evenly over the cheese layer. Top with the remaining cheese and cover with the second tortilla.
- 5. Cook the quesadilla for 2-3 minutes on one side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
