- 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 50 g Honey
- 100 g Til
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Pat the tuna steak dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper powder.
- 2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add sesame oil, and sear the tuna steak for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned but still pink in the center. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, chili flakes, and olive oil to create the dressing.
- 4. Slice the seared tuna into thin strips and set aside.
