- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1 pack (100 g) Nutraj Classic Safed Til | Sesame Seeds | Natural
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 175 Ltr Lee Kum Kee Blended Sesaame Oil Pet
- 1 pack (100 g) Eastern Dry Ginger Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut 500 g of spring onion into thin strips and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar; set aside for 30 minutes to allow the spring onion to absorb the sweetness.
- 2. In a bowl, combine 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 3. Add the marinated spring onion strips to the bowl with the soy-ginger mixture. Toss gently to coat the spring onion evenly and let it marinate for an additional 30 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated spring onion along with the marinade and stir-fry for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the spring onion is golden brown and slightly crispy.
- 5. Serve the sesame ginger stir-fry hot, garnished with additional sesame seeds and green onion if desired. Enjoy your delicious vegan dinner!
