Ingredients

  • 1 kg Beef Sirloin
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 100 g Til
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 500g Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste)
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and gochujang. Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. 2. Wash and dry the salad greens. Slice the cucumber, julienne the red bell pepper, and chop the green chilies. Arrange the vegetables on a large serving platter.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until fully cooked and caramelized. Remove from heat and allow to rest for 2 minutes.
