Ingredients

  • 500 g Refined Flour
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 20 g Oregano
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Garlic Powder
  • 1 Kg Sarwarpanko Breadcrumbs
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into thin fillets. Place each fillet between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound with a mallet or rolling pin to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  2. 2. Season the chicken fillets on both sides with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. 3. Prepare a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with oregano, garlic powder, and chili flakes (if using).
  4. 4. Coat each chicken fillet in flour, shaking off the excess, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the breaded chicken fillets in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd.
  6. 6. Fry the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  7. 7. Serve the schnitzels hot with lemon wedges on the side. Pair with mustard or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
