- 80 g Soya Sauce

- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Hing Khoda

Instructions
- 1. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers, shredding the cabbage, trimming the snow peas, and slicing the zucchini. Chop the scallion greens and set everything aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and cornflour to make a smooth sauce. Add a tablespoon of water to adjust the consistency if needed.

- 5. Lower the heat to medium and pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables. Toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated with the sauce.
- 6. Sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds, red chili flakes, and black pepper. Stir gently to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with the chopped scallion greens. Serve immediately with steamed rice or noodles.
