Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Zucchini Green
- 400 g Pastazara Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 G Kinwaaquinoa
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks.
- 2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet and return it to the heat.
- 3. Add the chopped onion, diced zucchini, and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Cook uncovered on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the zucchini is tender and the onion is translucent, about 8-10 minutes.
- 5. Add the diced tomatoes to the skillet and continue cooking until the tomatoes soften and create a sauce, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6. If the mixture becomes too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water to achieve your desired consistency.
- 7. Serve the stir-fry hot over a bed of white rice for a complete meal.
