Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 160 g Wai Wai Chinese Hakka Egg Noodles
- 141 g Pam Grilling Grillades Cooking Spray
- 500 g Sardar Boneless Chicken Breast
- 1 kg Beef Sirloin
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup soy sauce and 1 minced clove of garlic. Add the chicken breast strips and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- 2. Cook 1 package of wide egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 3. Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray. Add the marinated chicken strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Push the chicken to the side of the pan.
- 4. Add 1 diced sambar onion, 12 oz of sliced mushrooms, and 2 chopped spring onions to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 5. Mix the chicken back into the vegetables and stir-fry everything together for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- 6. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to the pan and stir until it is evenly mixed with the meat and vegetables.
- 7. Serve the stir-fry over the cooked wide egg noodles. Enjoy immediately.
