- 380 g The Baker'S Dozen High Protein Fourgrain Sourdough (Zero Maida Bread)
Instructions
- 1. Fill a soup bowl three-quarters full with water.
- 2. Place 2 ounces of thin salmon filet in the water, allowing it to sink to the bottom.
- 3. Crack 1 egg into the water, letting it rest over the salmon.
- 4. Cover the bowl with microwave-safe plastic wrap and microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes, or until the egg white is fully set.
