  • 300 G Yokoso Soba Noodles
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 80 g Soya Sauce
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 250g Ginger
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 100 g Til
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the wheat noodles as per package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch, stirring to combine into a smooth sauce.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat. Add grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
  4. 4. Add the bell peppers, cabbage, and green beans to the wok, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. 5. Pour the prepared sauce into the wok, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
