- 300 G Yokoso Soba Noodles
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 500 g Sugar
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 250 g French Beans
- 250g Ginger
- 100 g Cornflour
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 100 g Til
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cook the wheat noodles as per package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and cornstarch, stirring to combine into a smooth sauce.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat. Add grated ginger and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic.
- 4. Add the bell peppers, cabbage, and green beans to the wok, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- 5. Pour the prepared sauce into the wok, stirring well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- 6. Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss gently to combine with the vegetables and sauce, ensuring all noodles are evenly coated.
- 7. Sprinkle with black pepper and adjust salt to taste. Garnish with spring onions and roasted sesame seeds before serving hot.
