Ingredients
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Celery
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 1 ltr Real Fruit Power Tomato Juice
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat an electric skillet over medium heat. Add 1 cup diced celery and cook until softened, stirring occasionally.
- 2. While the celery is cooking, dice 1 green capsicum and slice 1 cup white shimeji mushrooms.
- 3. Once the celery is softened, add the diced green capsicum and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
- 4. Add 3/4 cup uncooked rice, 1 tsp garlic powder, and 1 cup tomato juice to the skillet. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- 5. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Remove the lid, stir the mixture, and serve hot for a delicious and satisfying dinner.
