Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 125 g White Shimeji Mushroom (Anabe)
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 500 ml Praakritik Cold Pressed Organic Peanut Oil
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 567 G Freshos Water Chestnuts In Water
Instructions
- 1. Heat 4 tablespoons of peanut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 minced garlic clove and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 2. In the same skillet, add 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced green pepper, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1 cup of cold water until smooth. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the skillet and stir continuously until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, adjusting to taste. Stir well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- 5. Serve the stir-fry hot over steamed rice for a complete and delicious dinner.
