Ingredients

  • 50 g Honey
  • 100 g Tea
  • 500 gm Peach Addu
  • 100 G Rosemary Herb (100 Gm)

Instructions

  1. 1. Gather all ingredients: 2 cups water, 2 teaspoons loose black tea leaves or 2 tea bags, 1 ripe peach (peeled, pitted, and sliced), 1 sprig fresh rosemary, 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste), and 1 cup ice cubes.
  2. 2. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once the water is boiling, add the black tea leaves or tea bags. Let it steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer your tea.
  4. 4. While the tea is steeping, place the sliced peach and rosemary sprig in a heatproof pitcher or jug.
  5. 5. After the tea has steeped, remove the tea leaves or tea bags and pour the hot tea over the peach slices and rosemary in the pitcher.
  6. 6. Add honey or sugar to the pitcher and stir well until it dissolves completely.
  7. 7. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors infuse.
  8. 8. Once chilled, remove the rosemary sprig and discard it.
  9. 9. Fill two or three glasses with ice cubes and pour the infused peach tea over the ice.
  10. 10. Garnish each glass with a fresh peach slice or a small sprig of rosemary, if desired, and serve immediately.
