- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the cumin seeds. Allow them to sizzle for 30 seconds, then add the hing.
- 2. Add the chopped tomato to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Mix in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 1 minute to release the spices' aroma.
- 4. Add the diced green and red bell peppers, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
- 5. Toss in the paneer cubes, gently mixing them with the spices and vegetables. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated and heated through.
- 6. Season with salt to taste and finish with a drizzle of lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
