A flavorful and quick dinner option featuring halal chicken sausages, fresh vegetables, and perfectly cooked noodles. This dish is seasoned with aromatic spices for a satisfying and wholesome meal.
Ingredients
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 400 g Urban Platter San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
- 2 x 400 g Jvapa Rice Noodles
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large skillet, cook and stir the halal chicken sausages in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 2. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Saute the chopped onions, celery, and green pepper over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- 3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are fragrant.
- 5. Return the cooked chicken sausages to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- 6. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and serve the sausage and vegetable mixture over the rice noodles. Enjoy your meal!
