  • 100 g Celery Stalk
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 400 g Urban Platter San Marzano Whole Peeled Tomatoes
  • 1 pc (10 g) On1Y Oregano Dried Herb
  • 2 x 400 g Jvapa Rice Noodles
  • 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, cook and stir the halal chicken sausages in 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Saute the chopped onions, celery, and green pepper over medium heat until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
  4. 4. Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the spices are fragrant.
  5. 5. Return the cooked chicken sausages to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. 6. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and serve the sausage and vegetable mixture over the rice noodles. Enjoy your meal!
