Ingredients

  • 50 g Parsley Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • - Olive Oil
  • - Thyme Leaves
  • 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
  • 52 g Paprika Powder
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Dairy Milk
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with dried thyme, rosemary, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk until well combined and frothy.
  4. 4. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook gently for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
  5. 5. Scatter the cooked chicken, diced tomato, and chopped parsley evenly over one half of the omelette. Carefully fold the other half over to enclose the filling.
  6. 6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the omelette is fully set and slightly golden on the outside. Remove from heat and serve hot.
