Ingredients
- 50 g Parsley Leaves
- - Chicken Breast
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- - Olive Oil
- - Thyme Leaves
- 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Dairy Milk
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and marinate with dried thyme, rosemary, paprika, and a pinch of salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté until cooked through and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
- 3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, and whisk until well combined and frothy.
- 4. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the same pan over medium-low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and let it cook gently for 2-3 minutes until the edges begin to set.
- 5. Scatter the cooked chicken, diced tomato, and chopped parsley evenly over one half of the omelette. Carefully fold the other half over to enclose the filling.
- 6. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the omelette is fully set and slightly golden on the outside. Remove from heat and serve hot.
