- 50 g Parsley Leaves

- 250 g French Beans
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Thyme Leaves
- 40G Primi Piatti Rosemary Flakes
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add hing and let it sizzle for a few seconds to release its aroma.
- 2. Add chopped celery, green beans, zucchini, and cabbage. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, dried thyme, and rosemary. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- 4. Add the cooked white beans, salt, black pepper, and enough water to cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- 5. Stir in the coconut and let the potage simmer for an additional 5 minutes, ensuring a creamy texture.
