- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Baking Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, asafoetida, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Gradually add enough water to form a smooth batter with a pancake-like consistency.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced bell pepper, zucchini slices, and chopped spinach. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Spread the sautéed vegetables and diced tomatoes evenly in the prepared baking dish. Add the cooked chickpeas, distributing them evenly.
