Ingredients
- 200 g Itc Master Chef Large Prawns Peeled & Deveined
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)
- 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
- 1 kg Satyam Sugar
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 2. Add 500 g of prawns to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and are almost fully cooked.
- 3. Add 1 head of broccoli (cut into florets) and 1 carrot (sliced into thin rounds) to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper over the mixture. Add 2 tablespoons of melted butter to help create a light sauce.
- 5. Cover the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- 6. Remove the lid and give the dish a final stir. Serve hot as a delicious and healthy dinner option.
