Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, green bell pepper, and green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes to incorporate the spices.
