Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomato, green bell pepper, and green chili. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes to incorporate the spices.
- 5. Add crumbled paneer to the pan and gently combine it with the vegetable-spice mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Season with salt to taste and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Mix and cook for another minute.
- 7. Serve hot with parathas, toasted bread, or as a standalone dish for a satisfying breakfast.
