Ingredients
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 200 g Paneer
- 348 g Wrap Tortilla
- 1 l Refined Soyabean Oil
- 100 g Jeera
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 200 g Table Salt
- 500G Maida (Refined Flour)
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan on medium flame. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- 2. Add 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- 3. Crumble 200g paneer and add it to the pan. Stir well.
- 4. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- 5. Stir in 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves. Turn off the heat and let the paneer bhurji cool slightly.
- 6. Warm 2 whole wheat or plain flour tortillas on a tawa or pan for 30 seconds on each side.
- 7. Spread 1 tbsp of green chutney or ketchup evenly on each tortilla.
- 8. Place half of the paneer bhurji mixture in the center of each tortilla. Add shredded lettuce or cabbage if desired.
- 9. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps. Secure with parchment paper or foil if needed.
- 10. Serve the paneer bhurji wraps warm with a side of chutney or yogurt dip.
