  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Onion
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 50 g Black Pepper
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare all the ingredients by chopping the onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh coriander leaves. Crumble the paneer into fine pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the oil on medium flame and add the cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds, then add the chopped onions.
  3. 3. Sauté the onions until golden brown, then add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix thoroughly, ensuring the spices coat the paneer evenly. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  6. 6. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season lightly with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the pan with the paneer mixture and stir continuously to scramble the eggs until fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
