- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 300 g Shiro Miso Paste
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- - Rice Vinegar
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 50 g Honey
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 1pc Avocado
- - Dry Red Chillies
- 100 g Til
- 1.6 Kg Leng Heng Pickled Ginger
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Cucumber
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the miso glaze by mixing the white miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
- 2. Pat the tuna steaks dry with a paper towel and season lightly with salt. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3. Sear the tuna steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned, then reduce the heat to medium. Brush the miso glaze generously onto both sides of the tuna and cook for another 1-2 minutes, ensuring the glaze caramelizes slightly.
