Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
  • 500 g Organically Grown Tomato (Hybrid) (Tamatar)
  • 500 g Deli Chic Basa Fish Fillet (Freshly Frozen)
  • 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tsp vegetable oil in a small skillet over low heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 1 minced clove of garlic, cooking until the onion becomes transparent but not browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. 2. Stir in 1/3 cup diced green pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Add 1 chopped tomato to the skillet and cook until the tomato juices have evaporated, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Place 225 g (1/2 lb) fish fillets on top of the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp dried oregano, a pinch of black pepper, and the juice from 2 lemon wedges.
  5. 5. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cover the skillet and cook for 8-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
